I have a friend who purchased this house last year as a project. She is a talented new builder who did a fantastic job! The house was built in 1948 with many families just living there but not renovating and loving it. So she took it down to the studs and brought it into the 21st century! It’s my listing, and I love popping in on a Sunday afternoon for open house and just enjoying it’s cozy feel.

It’s a great location at 94 Karland Drive in the city limits of Atlanta, and in the 10/10 ranked Jackson school district.

She chose a lovely, warm gray to accentuate the marble kitchen and baths; and kept the delightful, deep tubs that were original to the house bringing them back to their former glory, and surrounding them with beautiful new tile.

The house sits on a small, level lot that’s perfect for gardening and bringing the party outside while not taking all day to maintain.

Give me a call and come see! All it needs is a new owner to love it!
