Well, my daughter and I went to the Peachtree Garden Club’s Christmas Home Tour. It was delightful! I thought I would just share some snaps of the tour in case you didn’t get a chance to go. For more details on each home, follow this link.
House 1: I loved this house! This was the Neel Reid that was built in the 1920s. Sorry there weren’t very many pictures of this home. It was wonderful. I wasn’t sure if I could take pictures. By the time I got up the nerve to ask, I was almost finished with the tour. I’ll have to bolder next time and ask sooner! There were so many delightful things to see! The small boxwood wreaths in the dining room windows were throughout the house.

House 2: This home had a French influence. This was the one that had the four story spiral staircase. I’m so sorry that I didn’t get a picture of it! I was delightful. If anyone did get a picture of it, please email it to me! I will post it to share! I loved that this family had such fun with Christmas! I couldn’t help but smile at the whimsical things in this very lovely home. I like a family that isn’t afraid to have fun! I loved the leg lamp! Ralphie’s dad would have been so proud of his major award!

. The screen above the fireplace is hiding a television. I also noticed that there were two lovely glass apothecary jars in the laundry room filled with chocolates for the laundress! I like it!
